Whether it’s slathered or rubbed & doused in slopping sauce; spicy or mild; chicken, pork or beef; there’s a flavor for everyone. People’s Choice and Judge’s Favorite will determine which local BBQ expert takes home bragging rights.

Each pit-master will offer $2 BBQ bites all day long or market-goers can purchase a full plate of their favorite for an additional charge. It’s a great way to sample the best of Chattanooga’s BBQ while enjoying shopping and entertainment at Chattanooga Market. Don’t miss our annual pig roast too!
